With over 50 interdisciplinary teams active in 2022-2023, Sentinel North's research community continues to be a driving force for a sustainable North.
Discover a few key metrics and selected highlights that demonstrate the momentum created by Sentinel North in advancing world-class research and generating real and lasting impacts for the Arctic and Subarctic regions.
Over the past year, Sentinel North's scientific output, as measured by the number of peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers, has increased by 34%. Ongoing efforts are being made to mobilize these interdisciplinary research results and maximize their impact, while also increasing their accessibility through Open-Access.
